5 STEPS TO COMPLETION
In this phase, we do the first approach to introduce each other out. I conduct a full assessment of either the existing website or collect enough information to produce a plan and quote that will allow us to attain your desired goal.
THE PAPERWORK + $$$
Once a mutually beneficial agreement of the cost and layout is agreed upon, I proceed by sending a formal agreement for both parties to sign (Myself and you, the client), along with the first invoice which is due upon signing in order to start working.
IT'S LIKE MAGIC
Once the agreement is signed and the first payment has processed, an invitation to a shared folder, powered by Google Suites is sent, so we can collaborate with an agenda to stay on track and share graphics and content to go on the website. All this while the site is being worked on behind the scenes.
THE FINAL TOUCH
The client has access to behind the scenes 24/7, so changes and feedback can be requested at any time during the revision and design process until the desired results are achieved within the agreed turn around time.
On time delivery is the promise. Once the site is delivered on the agreed upon time frame or ahead of time, the customer can choose to either maintain and troubleshoot the website or pay maintenance a month-to-month flat rate fee for us to handle all website matters.
